Volunteer
The Humanics Institute’s Humanics Sanctuary has been developed and maintained substantially through thousands of hours of volunteer work by the members and associates of the Humanics Institute. The ongoing sustainability of the Humanics Sanctuary and Sculpture Park depends upon the continued support of volunteers.
Following are some of the areas that volunteers are needed for:
- Organizing various programs and activities of the institute such as Interfaith Dialogues, Seminars, Conferences, Summer Camps for Children, and other such Educational Programs, to promote the essential values that the Humanics Institute promotes.
- Organizing other recreational and fitness activities such as meditation sessions, Yoga, tai chi etc.
- Helping with ongoing maintenance and development work, such as landscaping, grass cutting, snow removal, keeping the pathways clean, covering and uncovering of the sculpture before and after winter etc.
- Providing professional services to help the Institute to apply for grants and funding from Governmental organizations, private corporations, fulfilling its legal obligations arising from grants and donations it receives, and in maintaining and auditing its books and accounts etc.
- Joining the Humanics Interfaith group to learn, in a mutually respectful way, about how the three essential values are inherent in all religions in the world , and
- Helping to develop and maintain the areas assigned to various secular and religious themes.

Sponsoring a Sculpture
Yourself or in memory of one of your loved ones.
Why sponsor a sculpture?
1. Sponsoring of a beautiful sculpture in the Humanics Sanctuary provides an opportunity to have a permanent memorial in the name of your loved one, yourself, or as a permanent advertisement for your Corporation.
2. You can choose a religious or a secular sculpture which conveys a message that celebrates your life, the life of your loved one, or the theme of your Corporation.
3. The Humanics Sanctuary and Sculpture Park is located in a spectacular 9 acre wooded ravine with walking trails and quaint bridges over a meandering creek – a unique location for a memorial, or a permanent advertisement.
4. You will also be supporting the sculptors, of these beautiful works of Art.
5. You will also be helping the Humanics Sanctuary to be a sustainable multi-purpose amenity open to the public
